As per Employee Central Service Center (ECSC) architecture, it's built to extend SAP Service Cloud functionalities on SuccessFactors platform. However, not all functionalities from SAP Service cloud are avaialble in ECSC. For example, Chat support if possible in Service Cloud but not in ECSC.
Likewise, could anyone confirm if Workflows, approvals and surveys features from Service cloud be made available in ECSC without limitations? If there is any limitation, where could we find that?
