Creating a WebI schedule very slow Destination section

Hi All,

When I try to create or Edit a WebI schedule through BI Launchpad, the Destination sectin takes Long time to populate.

1. Right Click on a webi report and click Schedule ( or go to History and Reschedule any instance )
2. it opens a window to configure the schedule, the lat section is 'Destination' section
3. click on Destination and it takes long time -- more than 1 minute to 5 minutes to show all options on right side panel

Env:

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 3 Patch 8

Version: 14.2.3.2455

• Tried with Chrome, IE and Edge- shows same issue
• issue is specific to users who has SAP Alias in BO
• Other sections of the scheduling window are faster to load
• it is not machine specific
