role auth object field not changeable, fixed value field

is there a way to set fixed value in the field of auth object of a derived role in SAP

Auth object: K_REPO_CCA

and it has a field KOSTL, I want to set a value on this field and make it not changeable, even after generating all derived roles from a typical role when I add additional auth object in a typical role, because after changing the typical role, I have to generate all derived roles, after which the field "KOSTL" will be changed again.
