The activities will depend on the system, on the processes that are currently used, and on the changes in the Service Packs.

In the DEVelopment environment, we go through just about all OM-HR-Time-Payroll processes and check the results, and check all Custom Reports, Enhancements and Mods that we have done to make sure they are still working correctly. We (the development team) will then authorize the Release of the Transports and their application onto QAT.

In the Quality And Testing (QAT) environment, the "Super-Users" are then told to do the same and give their approval for the transports to be applied onto the PRoDuction environment.

Also note that in every environment, the development team will generate and activate all Features, generate the InfoSets, and initialize most programs that are frequently used.

P.S. : The development team must also warn the Users of changes brought on by the Support Packs.
