Hi,
For some reason the filed Recommended Visit Frequency in Days always shows a # (not assigned) in reports, although i have maintained the visit details on the account.
When using the visit management functionality, in the Visit Details on account level per visit type and sales area a Recommended Visit Frequency in Days (and duration), can be maintained. This information seems to be visibile in the data source CODCUSTOMER Account Master Data and BPCSDB Account Details. As i want to set up a report in which the Recommended Visit Frequency in Days, i tried severql things and even created a join between the 2 mentioned data sources. I just do not succeed in presenting this account information Recommended Visit Frequency in Days in a report. What do i need to do to make this work?

Hi,
The Recommended Visit Frequency in Days mentioned in my, that should (and is) available in the reports CODCUSTOMER Account Master Data and BPCSDB Account Details, is the field you see in the Visit tab in the Visit Information section.
So it is not referring to the field in the Visit Details tab, when creating visit data for a particular visit type and sales area combination.

Hi,
in my opinion you would need to create a new datasource in PDI on BusinessPartnerVisitingInformation and use that source for further modifications, e.g. creating a joined datasource.

Hi Marie Jose,
Were you able to find a solution? I am facing the same challenge.
Thank you in advance,
