Hi experts,
I am having an issue while trying to activate one subitem on CRM. The error in Distribution Monitoring says No price key found for the charge plan.
I ran the consistency check report CRM_ISX_COND_CONSISTENCYCHK and all the records were consistent. There was no discrepancy between CC and CRM.
When I checked the CCM I see that somehow the Mapping_Table_ID is empty. I checked the product and everything looks fine (prices, etc).
Could someone please give me a hint? What should I do as a workaround to solve this case and prevent it in future?
