Grade wise Employee Benefits Entitlement

Hello all,

Client has a requirement to

1) Define and Maintain grade wise vehicle and fuel (in terms of quantity) entitlement in HCM.

2) Allocate and maintain record of the above in employee master data in SAP HCM. No monetary transaction (allowance etc.) is involved. Nothing is paid out from Payroll in the form of remuneration.

3) Employee can only be assigned a vehicle or fuel quantity as per grade defined in the system . If any vehicle or fuel other than the defined entitlement is assigned then system should generate error.

Is there any standard SAP functionality that can be used to fulfill the above requirement?
