Hi, I get an error about 3300 port in web dispatcher with

I would like use analytics office access BW query via SAC.

And I setup the connection with SAC and BW4HANA - web dispatcher..

However, when I tried remote connection in Analytics office to access BW query via SAC.

it shows me error about 3300 port not reached.

Do SAC live connection only support direct connection to SAP application if i using analytics office to access SAP application?

xxxxxx is "web dispatcher ip in BW"
