Consumption reversal without adding value of inventory

Dears,

We are sending material/ spares to repair out side and below the scenario.

Spare "x" issued to production and the item got damaged and we need to send this to supplier for repair and to do the same, wen need to bring back the stock with zero value and we need only quantity in stock , which movement we can use to update the same.
