how can I find and change the cost center currently assigned to an employee? Cost center was initially assigned during the basic import of employee data, SFEC is not part of the solution landscape.
You can search for an employee using the search-bar for workforce-person and view employee related information including cost center assignment displayed in the employee factsheet. Workforce person CDS views also contain this information on employee and cost center assignment.
Besides using SFSF EC, the cost center of an employee can be updated using the 'import employees' app or via an API. The import templates can be used for initial creation and subsequent updates.
