Hi,
could someone explain why some dimensions are adressed like [d/t.S:<name of dimension] and others like [d/<name of dimension]. I couldn't find any explanation in the manuals.
Thanks and greetings
Markus
Hi Markus,
That is the namespace of your tenant. It's there by default when you get your SAC tenant.
An administrator can change it (but it's not always advised to do so if your tenant already has content).
When you import content from other sources (SAP or 3rd party) you might notice other namespace ID's.
See help files here:
https://help.sap.com/viewer/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/release/en-US/ca67817bec1c4f6582126d5d9...
and definitely check this wiki page:
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=545392536#SAPAnalyticsCloudLandscapeArchi...
when you have dimensions with the same name, but different namespace, SAC will show that behavior.

Hi Jef,
thanks for that, you're absolutely right!
Greetings

Hi Markus, Unsure what you are referring to, I recognize the syntax for [d/<dimension Name>] , [p/<property Name>] and [h/<Hierarchy Name>] . Could you share a picture of what you see and the dimension name?
