No Result in DB analysis in Root Cause Analysis

Hi,

We have noticed in some System, the DB analysis is not showing any data.

I have cross verified the DB extractors, no error found here.

As the data is not pulled in DB analysis, the Database growth data is not appearing in Focused insight Tactical dashboard.

Would you pls advise.

Hello,

If it is Java system pls check the status of CA introscope. Also, pls check the alert router status is active in DBA cockpit of affected system, you will find it under configuration->sap collector settings.
