Ariba Network Purchase Orders API Integration

Hello,

I am trying to use Ariba Network Purchase Orders API to get the details of purchase orders for reporting needs.

I have followed this tutorial Tutorial, but i don't find "Ariba Network" tab on my Ariba APIs Portal (as shown on the screenshot):

PS: I am logged to an EU datacenter.

Any ideas how to get purchase orders for buyers?
