Status Change of XANUEB (table T093C)

Hi All

We recently changed status of all our company codes to productive & also changed legacy transfer date status to completed. After doing that we are not able to see company code in OAMK. We were switching reconciliation indicators in one of our company codes monthly.

a) I see a SAP Note-1790527 which mentions 'If you need the company code to appear in transaction OAMK/OAMK2, you must reset field XANUEB (table T093C) temporarily in your productive system: change "Status" from '0' (Asset data transfer completed) to '2' (Test company code with data transfer always allowed).' I want to avoid doing with debug.

Is there a Tcode/program do such changes?

b) The other option I do see is to create a new legacy transfer date which I need to avoid as in S/4 Hana 2020 we need to complete legacy transfer status to change fiscal year in asset accounting.

I am facing a similar kind of issue. I want to revert the 'Completed' status to 'Testing'. Please let me know, if you were able to do it.

Hi Partha

First you need release/close the existing legacy transfer date through 'Flag' icon & then open a new one.

Since our task was more related to OAMK. We opened new transfer date. With new transfer date you won't have any issues in legacy transfer status. You can use Tcode-FAA_CMP for it.

Hi Pankaj,

Thank you for your response. Did you change the status in the table itself to bring it from 'Completed' to 'Testing' or created a new Segment? Did your system allow you to change the transfer date without closing the Current Asset Fiscal Year or any prerequisite activities you performed? In our case, we have to close the year in order to open a new Segment. This is the reason, I wanted the status to be reverted to 'Testing'.
