Hi Experts,

I have a requirement that user should be able to view and access sub-ordinate inbox when ever required with out using substitution rules through MSS.

Regards,

Charan Tej

May I ask why you do not want to use a perfectly workable, easy to use, sap-delivered solution?

Hi without substitution, the only thing to achieve the same functionality is to include the super as an agent for the same workitem.

What is the real reason why this request came about?

For controlling the efficiency of the business process and to gain insight in how well your team is performing it is best to train managers on how to read data from SWI5 - workload analysis.

Hi Charan,

The only way to see other user inbox is using substitution or if that user forward the task to you.
