Accelerated Return / Return Order s4 hana

In S/4 Hana

Can we add addtional text items in Accelerated Return / Return Order not referenced to original return items.

And give credit to customer for their logistics / admin costs ?

If not what is the best way to document and issue credit to customer claims for logistics or other admin costs?
