How to Suppress Duplicate Running Total Values

Hi,

Can anyone please help me in below show matter, I have report in which the running total values are appearing as duplicate, I want to suppress all except to show only one item of running total, Is there anyway to resolve it ?

Try this:

1. Group by Ref No. and put the Item No., Ref No., and Customer Name in the Group Header section.

2. Suppress the details section.

3. Insert a summary of Amount (instead of a running total) per group. This will normally create the total in the group footer, so you'll want to move it to the group header.

4. When you create the summary for the group, you can also tell it to create a grand total in the report footer if you want to see a total amount for the report.
