How do I get my Crystal Reports product/license key???

I bought two SAP Crystal Reports licenses 3 weeks ago, and I still have not been sent the product/license keys. I sent emails on the SAP site, called the support number, etc.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone who can provide this info. I would prefer a phone number, as no one is responding to my emails.
