Crystal Report Issues

Hello

We moved our web project, which we developed with asp . net, to dotnetcore technology, which is the upper version.

As a reporting tool, we have hundreds of crystal report files and we could not find a method to run crystal report on dotnetcore.

How do we view our .RPT files on the dotnetcore web. Can you help us with this?

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with: https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers, as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members.

For example, you can:
- outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful)
- share screenshots of what you've seen/done
- make sure you've applied the appropriate tags
- use a more descriptive subject line

The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to respond. Feel free to also take our Q&A tutorial at: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-qa.html

Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit.

CR .NET doesn't support CORE

Convert it to Managed ASP.NET and use the CR for VS .NET from here:

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal+Reports%2C+Developer+for+Visual+Studio+Downloads

If you are using CR Server then you need to use that version of .NET which you can get from the Download page or by installing the Client tools and selecting that option.
