How to calculate a "combined" CONWIP-Throughput/WIP/CT chart for several stations/processes in a manufacturing process when I have in each process different units and therefore different WIPs.

Let's say in process 1 the design (unit 1 = number of drawings) are produced when in process 2 it's execute on site (unit 2 = cubicmeter of concrete).
