Restrict PO Changes after Partial Receipt of GRN

HI,

The client is expecting Block In s4hana Flexible workflow Purchase order changes after final Approval or Partial Receipt of GRN.

Full Receipt PO Change control is working correctly.

For Partial GRN scenario's is there any option to control further changes in PO?

Hi There,

you can restrict changes in PO if partial GR/Full GR has been posted in the system, by using BADI - BADI_ME_PO_CUST.

in process check and post.

Thanks Ankur Chauhan. For Full Qty GRN Posted Line Items, we have a standard message to control like below. For partial GRN Items, I need to restrict PO Changes Through BADI - BADI_ME_PO_CUST.

You can add your custom message - GR is posted, cannot make changes.

Hi,

Once you block PO Line Item, then system will not allow to do further GR.

But if you will not block PO Line Item, then will allow to do further GR for Partial Quantity.

If PO quantity is open , then system will allow for GR posting.
