Clarification Request option in Custom Workcenter OWL

Hello,

Is it possible to add the entry to open a "Clarification Request" inside a custom workcenter, like, for example, the one found in the Business Roles workcenter?

Is it possible for a custom development to create the appropriate event handler in the UIDesigner?

And if so, what are the steps for it?
