How to accept all Pop-up messages in script.

I am reserving a material in PM Order in component and parallel i am recording script for reserving other material just like first one reserving. And during this process many different type of pop up message boxes came. And need to accept all messages to run script smoothly.

Is there any way to solve this issue.??
