File size of ACR XML

In ACR reporting (e.g. magnetic media Colombia) the files are split into items of 1 MB. Because empty columns are not extracted in the XML, the column structure in the files of one report run can be different. This makes it cumbersome to combine the files in excel for doing analysis.

e.g.

Run 1 - File 1 - Columns nid / raz / pais / pago
Run 1 - File 2 - Columns: nid / pais / pago

Is there a way to increase the file size in ACR or make sure that empty columns are also extracted in the XML?
