Var_Main Header

When I export my Var_Main pipe delimeted file, the header has a comma at the end which should not be there--what is causing that to happen? How can I remove it? It is not visible in web intelligence but when I open the file in Notepad++ I see a comma at the end.

This is my Var_Main header:
