FIORI Launchpad Language translation

Hi,

I have done the conversion of FIORI tiles titles and sub titles in German, Dutch and French language. steps used for translation:

1. Found the configuration ID for the tiles through /Ui2/FLC transaction

2. Using se63 - Object WDY_CONF_USERT2 - maintained the translation in all three language DE, FR and NL.

3. Ran the cache clearance program /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES, /UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES.

Everything is working fine in development system, but when changes were moved to QA the language translation, it's working for German and French but Dutch language is not working in QA. For different user German and Dutch is working but not Dutch. We checked the translation in QA in se63. All the texts were moved successfully.

Any suggestion what could be the reason it is not working?
