"Orders should not allocate stock below Minimum safety stock level in scope of check"

Hello Experts,

My client requirement is "Orders should not allocate stock below Minimum safety stock level in scope of check"

Example: - Part- A

Unrestricted Stock- 5

Safety Stock- 5

Minimum Safety Stock- 3

If order comes for Part- "A" then system allocate Safety Stock- Minimum Safety Stock i.e. 5-3 = 2 Qty

so allocation should include only 2 qty

In SAP Standard, we can only include or exclude Safety Stock in scope of check.

Please help me for the above requirement. How would I achieve this requirement.
