Update existing C4C BuPa relations

Dear Experts,

I'm struggling with differences regarding contac person relationships between C4C and SMC. Due to a missing SDK development on behalf of the C4C tenant several account update messages (by deleting BUP001 relations in the C4C system) were not sent to SMC. I've already tried to re-send all the customer's BUP001 relations, the whole account and contact person objects affected (using Extract Data to External System in C4C) and data workbench update of the affected account to SMC. Unfortunately it seems not possible to trigger the synch of obsolete relationships from C4C to SMC in order to solve the relationships differences. I know the case is somehow complex but maybe some of you have experienced similar problems and can share an approach.

Please provide more information , do you want to send obsolete contact person relationships from C4 to Marketing Cloud? In C4C when a contact person is disassociated from Account , the relationship gets deleted and this information will be sent to Marketing with deletion action codes. I assume in this case, the relationship gets deleted in Marketing as well, If so - simply send the BUPA relation messages via extract program by selecting Account BP.

sorry for the missunderstanding. The major problem is that business partner relationships got deleted in the C4C system and weren't sent to SMC due to a custom SDK development on behalf of our C4C tenant. Now we see contact-account relationships in SMC that aren't existing anymore in C4C because they got deleted. Unfortunately the manual replication of business partner relationships from C4C to SMC with the 'extract data to external system' application does not delete 'wrong' relationships in SMC.
