Can't download AS ABAP 752 SP04, developer edition

I'm trying to download SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04 Part 1 ~ 11 from developer site,

but I got an pop window ” Your request for information is being reviewed. Once approved, you’ll receive an e-mail with additional instructions. ” and no email comes.

I'm in South Korea .

I hope you can help me with this trouble.
