SAP document information extraction annotation not working

Hi,

I have uploaded invoice sample pdf using create document template in iRPA cloud studio. I am using invoice schema and I can see my document is uploaded.

However, when i try to annotate (using annotate in a tab) the screen is not proceeding futher and keeps on loading forever. I have tried to change the schema also. (including custom) however, the problem remains same from 2 3 days.Please find screenshot.

I have done this process many times before successfully.

Appreciate the solution.
