OLE Object does not display after printing to PDF on Windows 11 machine

When a report containing an OLE Object is printed to a PDF file on a Windows 11 machine using SAP Crystal Reports, version for Microsoft Visual Studio Support Pack 31, the OLE Object does not display. This issue does not occur on a machine with operating system of Windows 10 version 21H2 or older.
