SEPA_Mandate_use

Sorry for a vague problem. the usage data of the latest version of the SEPA Mandate and in some cases last 2 versions is missing for some customers from SEPA_mAndate_USE table. there are no change logs i.e. versions in the sepa mandate, so it does not appear to be done via FSEPA_M4 . we checked the APP but nothing for deleted during the payment run in our examples. we have distributed system for FI and LOGistics. The usage data is being transferred correctly to the logistics system but in few cases it was deleted in the finance system.

Any ideas?
