Solution Documentation : Customer Attributes as a Scope Filter


Hi There,

We have created a checkbox Customer Attribute to identify specific processes that are for a relevant subset. The attribute is set as 'Scope relevant' and appears in the documentation hierarchy as designed and the Search Model is updated and regenerated as per the setup instructions.

When we create a new Scope in Solution Documentation, the attribute is there for selection. When we set the filter to include all items in the structure where the attribute is set to 'X', there is no effect. We always get the full structure, meaning all entries with X and 'space' as a value are in the new scope.

Could this be a program error in the 'scope' filtering code?
