SAP ERP - Custom Field Division Is Wrong

When I create a Custom Field all the operators are working as expected except for dividing.

Whenever I divide 1 over anything the result is ALWAYS 0

For example - I use this calculation

and the output is this

I have tried this as a calculated field, text, same format as other number field. Nothing is working.

Is this a bug or something?
