Inspection lot not creating in Recurring Inspection - 09

Hi Expert,

My batch has expired and the Next inspection is on 17.01.2022

But after 15.01.2022 there is no inspection lot created for 09 type

Inspection interval is maintained as 10 days in Material master QM view

and below information as shelf life

Any help on why the system not generating any inspection lot after expiry date
