What's stopping your company from broad Fiori adoption?

What are your reasons?

Here is what I'm hearing:

1. Lack of apps that don't require HANA
2. Apps lack key functionality
3. Installation is too complicated
4. No HANA, so we don't see the value
5. Missing Fiori dev talent to customize apps
6. Don't know where to start -- i.e. it doesn't make sense to roll out 1 Fiori app, and have our 500 other processes run from SAPGUI
