SAP CAI bot not working with teams

Hi,

I have integrated SAP CAI bot to Teams through Azure bot but it is not giving any response while testing in web chat.

I have followed the documentation provided to connect the same.Can anyone help me how to debug the issue.

Does it work when testing in CAI environment?
What is the output in CAI debugger? Check this tutorial with regards to the debugger: Debug Your SAP Conversational AI Chatbot | Tutorials for SAP Developers

Thanks for your response!

Yes I followed the same steps. The only difference is in key vault of azure account, I have generate the key ,there is no pre build key available.

Also it is working fine in CAI environment. There is issue in connection between CAI and teams because messages in webchat is not reflecting in CAI monitor tab.

If there is anything I should try?

Hi Daraksha,

sound like an issue with the MS Webchat:
Maybe you can check and debug the chatbot via Microsoft?

Hi Andreas,

Issue is resolved now. I was selecting User assigned identity while registering for the app(as mentioned here) but it was supposed to be multitenant.

Now it is working fine. Thanks for your time.
