Error downloading a file in the erp from a mobile application.

Greetings community, I am currently developing a mobile application with MDK 6.1, one of the requirements of the application is to be able to download pdf or jpg files that are currently hosted in the erp and are obtained through an odata version service entity two,

To achieve this I use the odata action of typo download media but when trying to download the resource I get the following error, the service with which I obtain these files is online.

I have been investigating but I can't find the cause of this error, it would be very helpful if someone could give me a guide.
