On my side, there's Z-report linked to RVKRED88. Is it possible to add more information to RVKRED88, such as order creator? So users can know more details, for example who create orders.
We had a similar requirement and handled it via z report too. I hope when you say Z report, it is truly a Z report and not just a z transaction code. If you copy over the standard report into a new Z version, you should be able to add the additional fields per your requirement. I do not expect the report to break. But please test it thoroughly for the following points - if the standard report is used with other programs or reports then test those too, all includes within the program, text elements. Right, so in that case recommendation would be do thorough testing. It is not a good practise to add feilds to standard report but we have done it in the past. Idea is to do your due dilligence before making the change as experessed in my previous comment and then do thorough testing in test system before moving changes to Prod system.
