How to consider different cost for raw material while production booking

Hi All,

I have requirment that while production booking system should consider latest PO price of raw material than the MAP (moving avg price)...for ex map of material is 100 but latest po price is 150 the system should cony 150 rs as price.how to achieve this...if anyone has worked on similar case pls do share possible solution
