Error while processing failed messages in SAP PI.

Hi,

User is trying to reprocess the failed messages in integration engine but hits the below error .

"Current user User.R3_datasource<User iD>is not authorized to execute selected action ".

Please advise.

The message seems to point to a missing Authorization.. You can run the same process and on receiving the error, run transaction SU53 to see which authorization is missing(should be in Red)..

I guess you need role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER

I ran ST01 and Stauthtrace to check out the missing authorization but noting gets capture in screen other than user accessing Tcode SXMB_IFR.
