next Question. We've introduced a workflow with the above mentioned roles. For example for every process modell we have defined an process owner and participant which have to approve changes in the workflow.
It works fine.
We have an issue with typing the email adresses every time in the fields. Is there a way to store the relevant mail adresses in the glossar and link it to the field "process manager" and "process participant". So the employee which edits the process modell don't need to type in the mail adresses manually. I would like to have a dropdown field.
I know, actually it is only possible with an "single line field".
