SYSTEM STATUS CRTD CHCR SPRQ

Hi all

We have in inspection worklist (QA33) some material with system status CRTD CHCR SPRQ
I was trying to add task list in QA02 but system show me this:

I was looking in QP02 for spec. and here it looks OK

I was trying to reverse the original PO which may get rid of the inspection lot, change MM and then book the PO again - and it was not helpful..

I was thiniking about adding that in QS61 but Im not sure if that can be helpful

Also, in maybe 1-2day we will receive the same material and Im not sure if this problem will happen again

So how can I PASS the inspection with this status ?

Dear Denisa Sotolova,

thank you for the details with the screenshots.

I recommend to check KBA:

2112741 - Inspection plan is not selected when inspection lot is created; Inspection lot status is CRTD.

Especially the parts with the material specification and the revision level (I saw on the screenshot).

If the problem is with the material specification, read KBA as well:
3106765 - Inspection lot in CRTD status although task list is assigned - stock posting is not possible.
