Target customers condition is showing error in Promotions

Hi All

In promotions I try to create new promotions and add one conditions i.e target Customers in this condition i can add some customers into the list and action i was add 25% discount on cart and published the promotion after that I was checked the promotions is working fine or not promotion is working fine

but after some time i was delete one customer from hybris db one of the customer i added in the promotions and seen in the promotion customer list is empty why its empty we can delete only one customer then why all customer list is empty give me some solution for this
