how to make a configurable value in cpi iflows, a field value from the payload ?

Hi Team,

I have requirement where i need to make the manager emp ID as a configurable value in my iflow. currently hardcoded that emp. id in the groovy script. now its require to make a configurable value so that we can change the emp id when ever manager changes or new manager id comes in to picture.

Please suggest the soluton.
