Error regarding Legal control (or license) duringVL01n Creation OD based on SO

Hi,

During creation of outbound delivery, based on Sales order, I received this issue in SAP (vl01n). "Item XXXXX cannot be copied due to legal control" with message error as VL400. But in the Sales order the legal control everything is green.

I know it has been previously been asked but there wasn't any definitive answer.

Hello,

You'll probably need help from your ABAP team to identify the factor leading to this Message.. Check function module RV_EXPORT_CONTROL_DELIVERY or RV_EXPORT_CONTROL.. Ideally the message should be triggered from somewhere here..

If in the sales order everything seems to be correct then please take a look to the SAP note '1705721 - Incorrect behavior in deliveries with legal control'.

Hi Sreemohan,
I tried implementing this OSS note but it cannot be implemented since it was meant for the previous releases and the fix has been incorporated in the new versions now.

Any other way to solve this issue?

You could also double check if the address of any of the partners was changed in the sales order. If so , please take a look on the SAP note 1740364 - Delivery not created for order with changed partner address.

I checked all the OSS notes including SAP Note1796875 and the ones you mentioned but they cannot be implemented.

Yes, I did
The address weren't change in any of the field
