Hello all
I have found the SAP note 2513834
to cancel the goods issue for an outbound delivery with quantity 0. Unfortunately, this does not work because the message always appears:
If I then try to delete the delivery, I get the message:
Do you have any idea how I can turn back this delivery? The problem is that the delivery is in the ERP inbound queue and has triggered an SPlit delivery. But there are no SPlit profiles in the ERp, as split delivery is not provided for.
Thanks in advance.
BR Patrick
Depending on EWM document type setting, if it is OPC delivery, system default doesn't allow reverse or delete outbound delivery from EWM but allow cancellation from ECC. You can change this setting in EWM but not suggested because ECC side reversal will update a lot of PP table.
Like the situation of this, if it is normal OUTB outbound delivery order, you should be able to delete FD manually.
From the error message, it seems like the delivery document type has been set as not allow reversal from EWM. If it is not backflushing associated but setup purely for auto consumption purpose e.g. auto PGI for consumables from specific goods movement bin, I will suggest to change configuration here - EWM - Goods Issue Process - Outbound Delivery - Production Supply - Post Goods Issue for Consumption Posting.
Hope this helps.

If its a failed queue in ERP you can delete it and process again from EWM. Use process code in EWM to mark delivery complete with 0 quantity it will triggers back new OBD creation in EWM.
