BAPI_PO_CHANGE Not updating price in PO's with release strategy already released.

Hello,

We are using BAPI_PO_CHANGE to update PO pricing, but we found that PO’s that have gone through a release strategy and are now released are not being updated. If we try this directly on ME22N it works fine. Should we use a different FM or are we missing a parameter? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
