Installing Crystal Reports for 2 different versions of Visual Studio on the one computer

Hi, I currently have VS2013 and VS2019 running on the same computer. The VS2013 has Crystal Reports 13.0.12 and the VS2019 has no Crystal Reports installed. I want to install CR (SP31) so I can use it in VS2019, but also want to retain my installation in VS2013 (using either 13.0.12 or SP31). My understanding from what I have read so far is that I need to uninstall CR 13.0.12 first and then install the latest version SP31. If I do this will the installation install CR for both my versions of VS or only one of them (presumably the latest one VS2019) ? Kind Regards, Phil.

To add to what Don said, you'll want to use SP31 - I don't think the earlier version that you already have installed with work with VS2019.

CR for VS works for both versions and supports VS 2010->2019

See the platforms PDF on the download WIKI page:

To get it to work in a new version of VS on the same CP you need to repair the install of CR for VS EXE.

And correct, you can't have more than one version on the same PC.
