Salary increase at day off

Hi experts:

The past 1st January had an increase salary and when I calculated payroll in the period 27.12.2021 to 02.01.2022, the seven days were pay with old salary instead of five days with old salary and two days with the new salary. I reviewed the schema payroll and the split for the two salaries is not correct.

Did anyone have a similar issue? it was like that... how was it resolved?

December 27 28 29 30 31 01 02

Scenario 2 W W W W W W OFF Correct Calculation

Can you share your calculation for that week including hike of salary during that period

In standard system will take a split and calculate on the average of old salary and new salary by taking the days as base.

Hi Stephania,

Did you check the /8xx used to prorate your salary? Make sure that your wage type uses the right one when prorating.

Regards,
